Orders

An order is accepted once payment completes and you receive confirmation. We may decline or refund an order if an item is unavailable or we cannot fulfil it in reasonable time.

Pickup only

The Vegan Home is pickup only. Orders are collected from 804 Eglinton Ave E, East York. Pickup times given at checkout are estimates and may move at busy periods.

Prices and tax

Prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable HST is added at checkout. Prices and availability can change without notice.

Ingredients and allergies

Every dish on our menu is prepared without dairy, ghee, honey or other animal products. However, we share premises with BanCan Kitchen, which is not a plant-based kitchen. We take care to keep preparation separate, but we cannot guarantee any dish is free of cross-contact. Our kitchen also handles nuts, gluten, mustard and sesame. If you have a serious allergy, please call before ordering.

Cancellations and refunds

Orders can be cancelled before preparation begins — call us straight away. Once cooking has started an order cannot be cancelled. Catering bookings follow the terms agreed in your quote.
